HVAC and plumbing services across Connecticut and Massachusetts
This is everything we do, in one place. Six categories cover installation, repair, maintenance, indoor air quality, smart controls and plumbing, all handled by one licensed crew working within about 50 miles of our shop in Broad Brook. Use the search below if you already know what you are looking for.
Find what you need
Type what is happening, or the name of a system, and the list filters as you go. Searching for a symptom works as well as searching for a service.
Nothing matched that. Try a simpler word, or call (959) 600-6425 and describe it. We would rather tell you on the phone whether it is something we handle than have you guess from a list.
HVAC Installation
Installation hubNew systems sized from a load calculation on your house, with rebate paperwork handled through the Energize CT and Mass Save installer networks.
HVAC Repair
Repair hubDiagnosed before anything is quoted, with emergency calls answered at any hour including holidays.
HVAC Maintenance
Maintenance hubMost breakdowns give warning first. Real tune-ups with instruments, and plans that put you at the front of the queue.
Plumbing
Plumbing hubLicensed in both states, from the same crew that knows your heating, because around here the two are frequently the same system.
Indoor Air Quality
Air quality hubNew England houses have opposite complaints six months apart, and the fix for one is not the fix for the other.
Smart Home Automation
Controls hubControls configured rather than just fitted, because the settings nobody opens decide whether they save money.
Something has failed right now?
Heating, cooling and plumbing emergencies are answered by a person 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. We will tell you honestly whether it needs someone tonight or can wait until morning at a lower rate.
What is the same across all of it
The services differ but the approach does not. These apply whether you are booking a tune-up or replacing a whole system.
- We measure before we quote. Load calculations for equipment, static pressure and airflow for ducts, combustion readings on anything that burns, and water pressure on plumbing. Numbers rather than assumptions.
- One license covers both trades. Connecticut heating license HTG #0398155/S1 and Massachusetts plumbing license PL #172086, which matters most on boilers, water heaters and frozen pipes.
- You get more than one option, priced. Including the option of not doing the work yet, when that is the honest answer.
- Rebate paperwork is handled. We are in the Energize CT and Mass Save heat pump installer networks, and in Connecticut using a contractor outside that network disqualifies the rebate entirely.
- Emergency work is answered by a person. At any hour, with the after hours rate quoted before anyone is dispatched.
- And we will talk you out of things. A flush instead of a new water heater, a duct correction instead of zoning, a spot repair instead of a repipe. The cheaper answer gets said out loud when it is the right one.
