Clean Climate HVAC provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Our services are subject to availability, pricing, and applicable laws.
2. Use of the Website
- You agree not to misuse the Website or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Unauthorized use of the Website may result in legal action.

- By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding appointments, promotions, and service updates.
- Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly.

4. Verbal Opt-In
Clean Climate HVAC Inc. will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask If the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent.” They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. 5. Payment & Refund Policy
- Payments for services must be made as agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Refunds are issued only in cases where Clean Climate HVAC fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.
- Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed within 30 days of the transaction.

- We strive to provide accurate and reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
